USPS Priority Mail (Canada has the option of First Class as well) and tracking will be provided. Once the product leaves my hands, I am not responsible for lost, stolen or items damaged in transit.
Shipping is a flat base rate based on your location + $3 for each additional item

Returns + Exchanges

Due to the nature of these highly customized products, all sales are final. Additionally, once the production has begun on an item, the order cannot be cancelled.
Please recognize that each item is meticulously crafted and handmade from start to finish. Each piece will have unique characteristics that make it unlike another. If for any reason, you are unhappy or the product arrives damaged, please reach out to me and we can work together towards a resolution.
